Returns Policy
Dash of Lime is happy to provide a 14 day no quibble returns policy.
If any item does not meet with your complete satisfaction we will replace it or issue you with a refund. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the unused item(s) with all guarantee papers, booklets and product tags, receipt and original packaging, in its original condition within 14 days for a refund. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.
We can not accept the return of products that have been worn, personalised or adjusted.
Returns
Returns should be sent via an insured and traceable method, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in transit. Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We will only action replacement or refunds after we receive the original goods.
Overseas customers returning goods should use a trackable method in case it is necessary to claim for loss or damage.
Faulty Goods
We are careful to examine all goods before despatch, but in the rare instances where a fault is missed we will either replace (stock permitting) or refund, as you prefer. We need to be advised of faults within 14 days of receipt.
Guarantees
These are offered by manufacturers in addition to your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act, Trade Descriptions Act, and Distance Selling Regulations. Virtually all watches we sell will come to you with a manufacturer's guarantee. Generally, we feel that a period of 14 days is enough time for customers to find any pre-existing fault; if your product develops a fault after that time, your claim should be addressed to the manufacturer at the address on your guarantee.
Crediting Your Returns
We will credit your credit card account once the items are received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be given. Every credit card has different posting cycles; please allow 1-2 bills for your credit to appear on your statement.
To enable us to process your return more efficiently, we ask you to include a covering note with your item stating why it is being returned and whether you want an exchange or a refund. In this note you should also include your order or invoice number, or a copy of the original invoice, so that we can track your order on the system.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
